Can I do right this day or this night?

While the way of my heart is in its fright.
I shall pray, to hasten this day,
As the deepening darkness
That quickens fearsome - not the Quiet

Away, nafsu and devils within and without.

May the Great One bring in the Heavenly Way.
That enters into my hands, feet
My mind and heart. . . Oh God,
Touch my inner life with your shining light.
Go into the deep places where you alone know.
For this is the sure method you teach,
Not an image of mind alone.

If I stand and walk, it is easy to talk,
And feel, and move, Oh Lord.
My arms are free to say :

We swing and sway, in our collective way,
Move to music that only you can say:
Help me on this ordinary day,
humbly,
We pray.

My Hands also have there say:
Over and over again,
We work hard all the day.
Cutting the bread,
holding up the light

Yes, dear Lord,
I shall dance and sing the inner song
To do it just right.

Words are not pure and all a delight.
Yet spring from my inner site.
I want to make things right,
And earn some peace
To live within your shining sight.

Oh God give me your loving spirit,
Just for a moment, if not all night.
Creatures are crawling and mauling
In the darkness of their unholy might.

The blight and sickness is spreading fast
For the people are blinded and bound up tight.
The fear, I shutter uneasy this thing to fight.
Will this all be done and over soon?
By the next day's light -
or never end?. . . Oh, I fear this night

All Mighty One
I cannot hide these words,
Even If I should try.
So I shall cry aloud now
Here within and without:

You are my Savior. . .
And my only True Delight.
I surrender all this and all that, too,
Help us all
All of your children
This day and this night,
To cast away all fear and blight
I pray, and await
Your Guiding Light.

. . . . . . . . .

And I wish you all
A very quiet , peaceful
And blessed
Good-night.

farlan.

"You don't need to be afraid because
the latihan is the
Guidance of Almighty God.
So as long as what you are doing is right and doesn't deviate from the truth, you have no cause to fear anything. And in all your actions and activities you will never be without some form of teaching and guidance from within."
